Sanza nocturne 2022

100% old-vine Grenache Noir from Lubéron. Whole-cluster infusion in a portion of the pressed juice from the same grapes. 3 months of maceration before pressing. Aged in large fibre tanks. A luminous and glowing red-fruited Grenache, with crystalline texture, light tannins, and a touch violet florals. A wine that pops in the glass, and one hits the spot as the all-arounder of the bunch.
