Nanã 2021

A brand new wine from the 2021 vintage. 70% Syrah and Grenache from the Languedoc, with 30% Grenache Blanc and Clairette from Lubéron. As with their other red/ white blends, “Trempette” or “Flottaison” style, with the whole cluster fruit of the reds submerged in the direct press of the white for 10 months. Pressed into fiber tanks. A beautiful lifted nose of soft white florals over the top of warm mediterranean fruit. Lightness with honest rustic charm, not dissimilar to the ease we find in many wines from the late Alain Castex.
