Direct press Muscat, all 3 sub-varieties of the domaine. Muscat Ottonel, Muscat d’Alsace Rose, and Muscat d’Alsace. Muscat Ottonel which is a cross of Muscat and Chasselas. Muscat d’Alsace also known as Muscat à Petit Grains, widely planted across the south, and a rare strain of Muscat d’Alsace Rose which is pink in color. Aged in Alsacien Foudres, this is dry Muscat, mineral driven with a fruity depth. Not sweet and only a small amount of delicate florals. A frank and honest wine that's a pure pleasure to drink.
