White and red infusion of Sylvaner and Auxerrois from Alsace with old-vine Carignan from Luberon. 50/50 blend with 10 months of whole-cluster steeping of the red in direct press juice of the whites. The second year of production for this new wine of the project. A fluid expression of red fruits, lifted by the breezy and soft aromatics from the whites. A focussed core of salty, plummy, red fruits. A touch of brininess and overall airy expression.
