100% Pinot Noir. Alessandra's blanc de noirs is her purest Pinot expression. Made from the first pressing of her Pinot Noir grapes gently hand-pressed in her small basket press. The first portion of the pressing representing the pure juice of Pinot Noir without extraction on the skins. All juice from the 2020 vintage, its fermented in barriques and aged 42 months on lees, without any addition of vin de reserve. While not labeled as such, it can be considered a 2020 vintage wine from Alessandra. Natural tirage and disgorged in January 2024. Rich aromas beyond primary fruit. The wine is definitionally mineral driven and has a broad structured palate.
